Happy Easter!

Happy Easter Everyone!

Miss Addie has been walking for a couple weeks now and is getting quite good at it. Getting into new things left and right, garbage, walking outside, actually being able to chase all the critters but still cautious about walking on gravel and grass, she prefers the level concrete so that's were the egg hunt took place.

We went to the Easter Extravaganza at the county library and we were very hesitant about even taking her over to the Easter Bunny. She LOVED LOVED him we weren't even able to finish the rest of the walk thru because all she wanted was that Easter Bunny. Reminded me so much of Kaitlyn and Santa Clause when she was about 5. Kaitlyn wanted Santa Clause all to her self, cried when other kids sat on his lap and kept wanting to go back.

Two Two from Aunt Cassie and Uncle Mike, 10 p.m. last night 2hours past bed time due to 3 sips of Clay's Kool Aid at 6.

1st Birthday Party

Hello everyone, the 1st Birthday was kinda of a success I guess no matter what Miss Addie turned 1 even though she would not eat cake.
Thanks again to everyone who joined us for the big day, sent cards and all the college donations......

Simple moments of Amazement

This week is a busy one getting ready for Miss Addie's(Boos) 1st Birthday...The Boo just keeps doing the most amazing things and I have to admit some are pretty scary, the moment below happened while I was loading the dishwasher instead of freaking out I grabbed the camera.

I don't really remember what to expect in the next year to come but I'm pretty sure it will be absolutely amazing........Kaitlyn at Addies age is kinda blurry now so its new all over again. Kaitlyn will be 13 this year, yep a teenager! And this will be the 10th anniversary of Ambers passing, oh how I still miss her everyday and Kaitlyn looks more and more like her, but unfortunately got my attitude, or could be the teenager kicking in who knows.

One wish I do have is that Amber could have been an aunt to Addie, we would be planning Addie's birthday party Amber would be so excited and I of course would be my bossy self. If she was still here oh how I wish she was here. Miss Addie would have just loved her, Amber had that special kindness about her that drew people in and kept them with her always. Who knows maybe she meet Addie before she came down to us, I sure hope so.......

Tilley and Walter still best friends, when Tilley wants attention otherwise Walter is has a target on his head.

11 Months

Wow 11 months already, we thought we would have a walker by now for sure but no. Miss Addie as the rest of us will do things in her own time. Just some random pics of the past month, enjoy~
